Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We will exchange or refund 100% any goods which are received by you in a faulty condition or if the hat is not as described. In this instance we will also refund you your original postage plus the cost of postage to return the hat.

We are also happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met.

1) Goods returned for a refund or exchange must be posted back to us within 7 days of you receiving them. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return (for refund) of hats which show any signs of wear.

2) All returns must be in their original packaging.

3) It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned goods, and all returns should be insured against transit damage or loss. We recommend using the ‘Signed For’ delivery service provided by the Royal Mail.

4) A Goods Returns Number (GRN) must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. Please contact us to obtain a GRN and for details of the returns address.

5) Where you have changed your mind about a purchase or the goods are not suitable you will be liable for the cost of returning the hat to us. In this instance we will refund you the price of the hat, less a 15% re-stocking fee but we will not refund you the original postage costs. If you would like to exchange your hat you will be liable for the cost of postage for the second hat.

Please be aware we cannot make exceptions to these conditions and goods returned outside the time frame or not meeting these criteria will not be refunded and will be disposed of at our discretion.
